Registration Guidelines for Conference Participants from Sri Lanka

Introduction

Registration for the conference is mandatory for all paper presentors and other participants.

Steps for Registration
(1) Pleasee download and complete participant registration form

(2) Submit the completed form with the registration fee.

You may use any one of the listed options below convenient/cost effective to you.

a)      Deposit the appropriate payment at any branch of Commercial Bank within Sri Lanka.  Use “CASH CREDIT SLIP”. Fill account details as below and write your name in the box “Depositor’s Name”.  Attach a photocopy of the blue “customer copy” to the registration form and mail/fax it to us.

 b)    Write a bank check for “International Conference on Sri Lanka Studies” and cross it as A/C payee. Mail it to us with the completed registration form.

c)       Advice your bank to direct debit the payment to ICSLS account (Through SLIPS). Mention your bank branch and the bank and the date of remittance and mail/fax to us the completed registration form.

   d)      Visit the Royal Asiatic Society of Sri Lanka Office at the Mahaweli Center between 9.30 am and 4.00 pm Sunday through Thursday     an   hand over the payment in cash/check and the completed registration form.  (For information on visiting the RASSL, please go to:  http://www.royalasiaticsociety.lk/contacts.htm).  If you wish you may include a visit to the RASSL Library by having a prior appointment (Telephone: 011- 2699249).


Registration Fee:             Early Bird rate (till 15th of February 2010) is SLR 1,500.00. Regular rate of SLR 2,500 will be applied after 15th of February.
