Sri Lanka Studies Network Secratariat at University of Ruhuna

SLSNET steering committee recognized the need for a nodal point with strong institutional support to coordinate the network activities. Challenges to the growth and sustainability of similar initiatives often emerge from inadequate institutional and personal commitment. It was expected that the experience gained by University of Ruhuna in organizing the 9th ICSLS will bring momentum to the SLSNET activities to bring it a success.
